CAN I BOOK A CLEANER FOR AS LONG AS I LIKE?
Yes, but we can not send a cleaner for less than 3 hours the minimum charge is the equivalent charge per hour for 3 hours. Which means you can book a cleaner for 2 hrs but you will be charged for 3 hrs.
CAN I GO OUT WHILST YOU CLEAN MY PROPERTY OR I HAVE TO STAY IN.
You do not need to be there during the cleaning, but of course if you wish to stay we have no problem with that. Please note that you have to be there at the beginning of the cleaning (just to let them in) or if you have a porter or someone else who can let them in you don’t even need to be there at the beginnig, but you need to be there at the end, to check if you are satisfied and to pay.
CAN I HAVE MY CARPETS CLEANED ON THE SAME DAY TOGETHER WITH THE GENERAL CLEAN?
Yes, if you have booked steam cleaning as a part of the move out clean, we usually provide both on the same day within the estimated time for the move out clean.
I HAVE NOT FOUND THE SERVICE SATISFACTORY, WHAT SHALL I DO?
If you are not satisfied with the service you have to inform us within 24 hours of the cleaning and we will re-do free of charge whatever is in question. Later than 24 hrs complains will not be considered.
IS THERE CHARGES FOR PARKING AND CONGESTION CHARGE?
Unfortunately parking and Congestion charges are extra cost. If you have booked service, that requires delivery of Equipment & Materials, parking costs will be added to your bill.
